The course, the topic and when you need it. Attach the statement if you have it — a photo is fine.

What can be done properly in the time left, and what it costs. If the deadline is not realistic, we say so before starting rather than after.

The work gets done
With the reasoning written out, so it is useful past the same evening. You can ask about any step.

You follow it with a code
Every request gets a short reference code. Type it in and you see the status and our reply, without an account or a password.
How we work
Three things we do not bend on
The procedure, not just the answer
A number on its own is worth one evening. The reasoning beside it is worth the rest of the term.
An honest deadline
If something cannot be done well in the time available, we tell you before committing. That answer is more useful than a yes that fails.
Your rules come first
We do not sit exams for anyone, we do not impersonate students, and we do not take part in anything that breaks your university regulations.
