Questions
Before you ask
How long is a session?
Usually one to two hours. Longer than that and attention drops, so we would rather split it into two sessions than push through a third hour that nobody remembers.
Can I record it?
Yes. It is your session. Many people record it and go back to a specific minute later, which works better than taking notes while trying to follow along.
What if I need to reschedule?
Tell us as early as you can and we move it. The earlier the notice, the easier it is to give the slot to someone else.
